Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Domain and its users. By enrolling in courses or purchasing services through domain.info, you agree to these terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for course enrollment and service purchases:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for institutional purchases)
- Other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. Domain does not store complete credit card information on our servers.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Course prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of transaction completion.
Promotional discounts, early-bird pricing, and special offers are time-limited and may expire without notice. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Course Enrollment Fees
When you enroll in a masterclass or course, you agree to pay the full enrollment fee as displayed during checkout. Course fees typically include:
- Access to all course materials and video content
- Downloadable resources and workbooks
- Certificate of completion (where applicable)
- Technical support during the course duration
Additional services, such as one-on-one coaching sessions or premium support, may incur separate charges clearly indicated before purchase.
4. Subscription Services
Domain may offer subscription-based access to content libraries or ongoing courses. For subscription services:
- Billing occurs automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
- Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the user
- You will receive email notification before each billing cycle
- Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid charges
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
5. Payment Processing and Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize Domain to charge the specified amount for your purchase. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will maintain sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction
If a payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to purchased content until payment is successfully processed.
6. Taxes and Additional Fees
Applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax, or goods and services tax, will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your billing address.
You are responsible for any additional bank fees, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution.
7. Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your billing statement or charge, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction date at [email protected]. Please provide:

8. Refund Policy

- Digital content accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method
Processing time for approved refunds is typically five (5) to ten (10) business days, though your financial institution may require additional time.
9. Late Payments and Payment Plans
For institutional purchases or special payment arrangements:
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
- Access to services may be suspended for accounts with overdue balances
- Payment plans must be arranged in advance and confirmed in writing
10. Price Changes and Grandfathering
Domain reserves the right to modify pricing for courses and services at any time. For existing enrollments and active subscriptions:
- Price increases will not affect completed purchases
- Active subscriptions may be subject to price changes with thirty (30) days advance notice
- You may cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect
- Promotional pricing is not guaranteed for future billing cycles
11. Group and Institutional Purchases
Special terms apply to group enrollments and institutional licenses:
- Custom pricing available for groups of ten (10) or more participants
- Invoicing and payment terms negotiated individually
- Volume discounts may apply
- Separate agreement required for enterprise purchases

12. Free Trials and Promotional Access
When free trials or promotional access is offered:
- Payment information may be required at sign-up
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Automatic billing begins when the trial ends unless cancelled
- Trial eligibility may be limited to new users only
- One trial per user or household
13. Gift Purchases and Vouchers
Course access may be purchased as gifts or through voucher codes:
- Gift purchases are non-refundable once the recipient activates access
- Vouchers must be redeemed within the specified expiration period
- Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash
- Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced
14. Account Credit and Wallet
If applicable, account credit or wallet balances:
- Can be applied toward future purchases
- Are non-transferable between accounts
- May have expiration dates as specified
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Will be forfeited if account is closed
15. Security and Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may:

- Report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities

- Payment processor service interruptions
- Third-party processing fees

- Disputes between you and the payment processor
17. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting to resolve the issue with Domain may result in:
- Immediate suspension of account access
- Termination of services
- Collection efforts for outstanding balances
- Prohibition from future purchases
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any payment concerns.
18. Currency Conversion
For international transactions:
- Prices displayed in Canadian Dollars may be converted by your financial institution
- Exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment processor
- Domain is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations
- Final charges may differ from the displayed amount due to conversion
19. Record Keeping
You are responsible for maintaining records of your transactions. We recommend:
- Saving confirmation emails and receipts
- Regularly reviewing your account transaction history
- Downloading invoices for your records
- Monitoring your payment method statements
Transaction history is available in your account dashboard for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
20. Modifications to Payment Terms
Domain reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Material changes affecting existing payment obligations will be communicated via email to registered users.
